Our menu and food story is designed by Chris Barber, one of our JFSC founders. Chris is a former chef and now advisor to the great and good of the food industry. As a chef he worked in gastronomic restaurants around the world, spent 11 years as personal chef to Prince Charles and was founder and owner of one the first UK pubs to attain a Michelin Star. Alongside that Chris spent five years as the food and drink writer for Country Life Magazine and has been a regular contributor to main national publications. Now as a food and drink expert and advisor, he works with some of the best chefs, restaurants and hotels in the world.

Chris has collaborated with Balfour culinary genius ‘Ginger’ to bring top quality dining to match the world class wines and exceptional entertainment. What’s not to like?
